Who takes care of this site
Mark2 is responsible for decisions on data processing in the service and operation of this website. The available channels are on the Contact page. Privacy requests can also be sent via chat, identifying the subject as privacy.
Data used in navigation
The infrastructure can process IP address, date and time, browser, requested pages and technical records to deliver the site and protect the service. These records are used for operation, diagnosis and prevention of abuse.
Budgeting and briefing
The forms organize the data you inform, such as name, company, email, phone and project details. In this version, the result is prepared in your browser to copy, download or forward via an available channel. The form does not automatically send such data or attachments to the Mark2 server.
Chat service
When sending a message, we store the optional name, content of the conversation, language and sending times to perform the service. A random identifier allows you to resume the conversation in the same browser. The service does not use your texts to train an artificial intelligence model.
Purposes and bases of treatment
Contact details and messages are used to respond to your request and, where applicable, perform preliminary procedures related to a possible contract at your request. The operation and security of the site meet the purpose of protecting the service. Optional resources that depend on consent can only be activated after an express choice.
Access and suppliers
Chats are available to authorized administrators of Mark2. Accommodation and Cloudflare participate in the delivery and protection of the site and can process technical data. There are no advertising tools or audience analysis installed in this version. Supplier infrastructure can involve processing outside Brazil; requests for information about these operations can be made by privacy channels.
Storage time
The conversations are removed from the care bank after 30 days without activity. The cookie that allows you to resume them lasts up to 7 days. The cookie preference stays in your browser for up to 180 days. Operational records and any backups follow the infrastructure retention cycle and may remain for further time necessary for the protection, recovery or fulfilment of obligations.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of the treatment, access, correction, information on sharing and, according to the applicable situation and basis, elimination, anonymization, blocking, portability and revocation of consent. Some requests may require information to confirm your identity and protect third party data.
How to make a request
Use the privacy channel indicated on this page or chat, informing the order and how the team can return. Chat service allows you to track the answer in the same browser. You can also consult the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) for information about your rights.
Changes to this policy
This page can be updated when website features or treatment practices change. The update date appears above. Changes requiring a new choice of consent will be presented before activation of the resource.
